Beyond academia, Dr. Tóth supports women's solidarity and independence. She established and run the association Femspace (2017-2024), creating an international network with mentoring programme, skills workshops, networking, and cultural events.

Years-long active engagement with initiatives like the FemCities conference on gender equality or Long Night of Research, contributions to artistic projects like the Memorial of wartime rape or museum exhibitions like Magyar Menyasszony underscore her view: change arises from participation, policy, research, and sustained relationships.
